ROY CONSTRUCTIONS / PROCESS
How We Plan, Price & Deliver Your Project
Each stage should leave you with a clear decision and an agreed next step. Our engagement defines the work Roy is responsible for and the information needed from you, your designer and other appointed parties.

Brief and initial review
We discuss your site, use, budget and timing. The next step may be a site visit, a paid planning engagement or a review of existing drawings.
Scope and quotation
Agree the deliverables, quantities, specifications, exclusions and assumptions. Identify design responsibilities and client-supplied items alongside the construction work.
Programme and payments
Set the proposed work sequence and payment stages in the agreement. Identify dependencies such as site release, design decisions and material availability.
Execution and change approval
Coordinate the appointed trades and record decisions that change the agreed work. Review the resulting cost and timing implications before approving a variation.
Review and handover
Check the completed scope, record outstanding items and agree responsibilities for closure. Provide the documentation and support terms specified in the engagement.

Completed retail execution: Zudio, Alcove Mall, Kolkata.
