ROY CONSTRUCTIONS / RESIDENTIAL
Turnkey Residential Interiors in Kolkata
A well-planned home starts with decisions about how you live: what you need to store, where you spend time and which details should work better every day. We turn that brief into an agreed interior scope and coordinated execution.

Your project can include interior planning, civil modifications, kitchen and wardrobe work, electrical and plumbing changes, ceilings, flooring and finishes. The proposal identifies which services and items are included for your home.
We focus on complete residential projects with budgets of ₹15 lakh and above. Share your floor plan, location and expected possession date to begin a home-planning discussion.
Plan the complete home, room by room
Living and dining spaces
Start with furniture use, movement, lighting and storage. Resolve these together so feature finishes and fitted units support the way the room will be used.
Kitchens, wardrobes and storage
Agree the dimensions, internal arrangement, finishes and hardware before procurement. Your drawings and specification schedule should explain the work behind the quotation.
Bedrooms and everyday routines
Plan the relationship between the bed, circulation, wardrobes, study areas and power points. Decide what is essential now and what can remain flexible.
Civil work and building services
Identify alterations and service changes early. The condition of the existing property and the agreed professional scope determine which works can proceed and what needs further assessment.
What does “complete interiors” include in your quotation?
The phrase does not define a universal package. We agree your work room by room, including materials, quantities, installation and exclusions. Appliances, loose furniture, curtains, decorative lighting, taxes and additional services should each be expressly included or excluded rather than assumed.
Planning for New Town, Rajarhat and Kolkata homes
You can begin discussing the layout and budget before possession. Final measurements, access arrangements and the condition of the delivered property still need to be checked before fabrication and site work are committed. Share any developer drawings and your expected handover date during the first conversation.
Set a budget around your priorities
Two homes with the same number of bedrooms can require very different work. A room-by-room scope helps identify the fixed work, optional upgrades and items you will source separately. We use your agreed requirements to develop the estimate; we do not treat the BHK count as a complete specification.
Questions about your residential project
Can you execute a design I already have?
Yes. We can review the available drawings and discuss an execution scope. Missing details or decisions need to be identified before the price and programme are finalised.
Will I need to manage separate trades myself?
Roy coordinates the specialist contractors appointed within our agreed scope. Any items or vendors you appoint separately should be identified so their interfaces and timing can be coordinated.
How long will my interiors take?
The programme depends on design readiness, the amount of site work, procurement, access and approvals. We establish a project-specific sequence once those conditions are understood, rather than promise one duration for every home.
What warranty will I receive?
Applicable workmanship obligations, product warranties, exclusions and the handover support process will be stated in the project agreement. Product warranties depend on the selected manufacturer and product.
Start with your floor plan
Tell us where the home is, when it will be available and what you want to achieve. We will discuss the next step and explain any fee for detailed assessment or design work before it begins.
