Build a site-by-site scope register
Record each store’s location, area basis, release condition, drawing status and work packages. Mark common requirements and site-specific exclusions.
Assign the coordination interfaces
Identify the brand representative, appointed designer, landlord contact, contractor and separately appointed vendors for each location. Define who resolves technical queries and approves changes.
Keep material approvals traceable
Record approved specifications and substitutions. When an item changes, clarify which sites and quantities are affected before procurement or installation.
Report dependencies as well as progress
A useful update identifies work completed, unresolved decisions, upcoming procurement and the owner of each open action. Review the effect of one site’s delay on shared resources separately.
Check completion against the same standard
Use a common handover framework with site-specific outstanding items and closure responsibilities. Comparable reporting makes exceptions easier to see.
